I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Montana license #30892) 

and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Montana license #33034)

with more than 15 years of experience working with adolescents, 

children, families, and adults in a variety of settings.


I am passionate about supporting people of all ages in discovering

and listening to their inner wisdom, and learning to relate to themselves

with love and kindness.  I am known for my insight, compassionate

listening, gentle manner, and playfulness.  

Since earning my Master's degree in Social/Clinical Psychology from the New College of California

in 2005, I have completed extensive post-graduate training in Inner Relationship Focusing, 

Expressive Arts Therapy and Education, Play Therapy, Filial (Family) Therapy, and

Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation.  I was first licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist 

in California in 2009 (license #47593).  My foundation is in psychodynamic psychotherapy,

and I continue to practice from a client-centered and strengths-based perspective.

My ongoing study and integration of transformational therapeutic approaches provides me with a

wide range of techniques to support you in addressing difficult life circumstances and discovering

more joy.
